TRANSPARENT COLOURS FOR MODERN MOSAICS IN SPILIMBERGO
Transparent tiles are ideal for creating modern mosaics suitable for any environment. Coloured transparent glass produced in our headquarters in Spilimbergo, in the province of Pordenone, is well-suited for constructing floors, decorating walls, in the case of kitchen protectors, and for coating swimming pools.
Transparent colours
Transparent plates measure about 27x60 cm and weigh around three kilograms.
They are divided into two categories: normal colours and extra colours.
They are sold as whole plates, half plates (about 1.5 kilograms) and 1/4 plates (about 700 grams).
About 25 kilograms in plate is required to cover an area of one square metre.
There are 52 colours available.

Warning: because the raw materials are not constant at each casting, colours may undergo small differences in tone.
Because our tiles are cut by hand, with the aid of a manual shear, they are not perfectly regular, but this is an asset that identifies our artisan craft.
Cutting transparent tiles
The slab used for the creation of transparent tiles has a thickness of about 10 mm and a dimension of around 27 X 55 cm.
Its weight is approximately three kilograms. In this case, the plate is also first cut in half and then, a ¼ plate is made.
It is only at this point that the varnish can be cut according to different requests:
- 10x10 cube

- 40x40
- 40x20
- 20x20
- 20x10
